Preview skin, file manager, received mails not visible when upgrading mojoportal

I upgrade from version 2.3.5.5 to 2.3.8.1 . Now with this new version, when I try to preview skin, or when I go to files manager or when I try to see the recevied mails on the contact form : The top menu goes on the top, main form of the web site goes down, and in the middle I have got a big grey zone with nothing on ! So I cannot for exemple create directories, upload new files, or preview skins etc... I know the problem is on the forum BUT I DID NOT FOUND the solution. Is somebody can help ?? (My site is on Mochahost, I use sqlserver2008)

The problem sounds like it is caused because your old skin does not have all the needed things.

Did you update your skin with changes documented in the Important Skin Changes document? Make usre you apply all the changes mentioned since your previous version.

Have you copied the new skins from /Data/skins to /Data/Sites/[SiteID]/skins and then try one of them to make sure the problem is only skin related? ie I think you will find the problem is only happening with your older skin becaus eit is missing needed things like colorbox css as mentioned in the linked article.
