I have upgraded all the site I administrate to version 2.3.8.1 and I found that when blog instance is set to Use Excerpt, the image edited in the excerpt (usually a thumbnail ) no longer appears.
Excerpt image is still regularily shown by the feed manager.

Thanks for the bug report. I've fixed this and patched the 2.3.8.1 release. If you download it again the only file that changed was mojoPortal.Features.Business.dll

I downloaded the patched release and copied the mojoPortal.Features.Business.dll file to my site bin folder but nothing happened.
Images still do not appear.
