Expanding Root Page in Browse Parent Page Selection not working

Expanding Root Page in Browse Parent Page Selection not working

Running Mojoportal 2.3.6.7

Windows 2003

 SQL Server 2008 R2

When a site has a large number of pages, the parent page selection is changed from a drop down to a Browse button.  When selecting the browse button, a modal dialog shows up with the list of pages.  When clicking the expand icon next to root pages with subpages, the root page is selected and the dialog closes, preventing me from selecting a page underneath that root level page.

I have tried this in Firefox, IE 8 and IE 9 with the same results.  Not sure if it matters, it is a custom theme built back in late 2010 from an existing artisteer theme.  I went through the list of theme changes required based on your post, and that fixed other issues but not this one. 

Please let me know how best to proceed.  I know I am a few versions behind so if it can't be reproed in the current version I can schedule an upgrade in the next few weeks.

Hi Tom,

I cannot produce this problem using the latest version so I would suggest upgrading.

In the meantime if it helps it is confugrable what the threashold is for changing from the dropdown, the default is if you have 150 pages or more but you can override it by putitng this in user.config and setting a higher value.

<add key="TooManyPagesForDropdownList" value="150" />
