The help does not work anymore

When I click on the help button on features, on 2.3.6.7 and 2.3.6.6, I get a strange result: long space on top and nothing there; could not "close" it

Do I need to update something in the skin?

(Also I noticed that my skin margins are changed)

edit: I should have do a better search, i will update my skins

edit2: updating the skin solved the problem
