File Manager issue for multiple sites (as folders)

Version: 2.3.6.5 MSSQL

  1. Install mojoPortal main site.  Confirm file manager is working well. (http://hostname/)
  2. Create new site as folder, configure folder name in the site admin page from the main site. (http://hostname/folder1/)
  3. Go to the http://hostname/folder1 site, login as admin and click file manager.  You will see the default file manager listing folders and files properly for site #2.
  4. Click on one of the folders.  At the bottom, you will see error message "Error occured while loading filelist."
  5. Click on alternative file manager link.  You will see the the top root label changes to site 1.
  6. Go back to default file manager again by clicking alternative file manager link.  You will see the top root label is now pointing to site 1 instead of site 2.
  7. The error continues.

This does not happen for multiple site installation with host headers.  Please advise.

Thanks,

Re: File Manager issue for multiple sites (as folders)

Hi,

These issues were reported recently and are fixed in the source code repository so they will be fixed in the next release.

For #4 there is a workaround that you can use to solve it right away on this thread where the problem was reported.

There will be a new release no later than the end of the month that will address the other issues with the incorrect links for alt file manager.

Hope that helps,

Joe
