Invalid rendering of /Admin/SiteSettings.aspx in IE7

The problem appears in IE7, in Firefox 2 everything works ok.

Collapsable panels (there are 3 of them at the bottom of the page) are not rendered correctly. For exaple, the first of them hides the previous setting checkbox.

Re: Invalid rendering of /Admin/SiteSettings.aspx in IE7

I have tested this in IE7 on Vista, Win 2003 and XP and I am not able to see any problem.

Do you see this using all skins or just a specific skin?

Thanks,

Joe

Re: Invalid rendering of /Admin/SiteSettings.aspx in IE7

You are right, some skins do not have this problem.

The problem is with "GotMono", "IBuySpy", "mojo1", "mojoguidetogalaxy", "splitmenu2", "subblue", "technica2", and "theblues1".

Thanks, that helped me find it. Fix will be in soon, just a css fix.

Re: Invalid rendering of /Admin/SiteSettings.aspx in IE7

The same problem with subblue skin and PageSettings.aspx (meta tags at the bottom of the page) in Firefox, IE7 is ok.

I did not check other skins.

Re: Invalid rendering of /Admin/SiteSettings.aspx in IE7

I am not seeing this issue here. subblue skin has clear:left; on the settingrow css class which is the fix for this problem. If you are seeing this in a child site the skins might not be up to date in the child site. They are copied when the site is created then they can get out of sync if the skin is changed in svn for Data/Sites/1/skins...

Re: Invalid rendering of /Admin/SiteSettings.aspx in IE7

As I can see, this bug only appears if all the 4 non-grouped checkboxes are unchechked in site settings.

I have set demo site (demo.mojoportal.com) to reproduce this.

Re: Invalid rendering of /Admin/SiteSettings.aspx in IE7

I have checked this once more. Now it does not hide the checkbox, but the appearnce is still dependent on the "allow hiding main menu" setting in site settings: if true, "meta settings" is rendered on the left, if false - in the column with checkboxes.

The following skins are affected (all the others in svn work well): centered1, IBuySpy, mojo1, mojoguidetogalaxy, samar, subblue.
