New JQuery Cycle in 2.3.6.4

Has anybody else noticed a problem with the new JQuery Cycle plugin with Internet Explorer?

We have setup a very simple fade effect with 3 images and it works fine in all browsers except IE.

At first we thought it was just us (local caching problem) but when we demoed to the client they experienced the same problem.

The problem seems to be that the transition does not work and the image simply disappears and the new one appears (no fade happens). It is not every time either, we can sometimes view the page fine on the first load (fade works ok) but then if we issue a CTRL+F5 to reload the page the transitions stop working.

The URL where we have the test site is here http://cranleigh.dev.indexeb.co.uk/

Any ideas?

Regards
Mark Donne
