Setting custom skin for page can't edit page settings

I am running mojoPortal-2.3.6.2 on apache2, mono-2.6.7 and mysql. The problem I have is that when I set a different skin for a page i can't get back into the page settings. I end up getting a 404 page not found error. The page itself renders fine with the new skin. It is only when you go back into the page settings that there is a problem.

When I look in the mojoPortal log it says it can't find the file ~/App_Themes/pageskin9. I can confirm that folder doesn't exist. However if i copy the ~/App_Themes/pageskin folder to ~/App_Themes/pageskin9 mojoPortal begins to work again without any trouble until I change the skin again.

I have tried an install of the same mojoPortal version on windows and it doesn't have this problem.
