Popup window when editing forum message in FireFox

When editing forum message in FireFox and trying to paste any text (from both ctrl+v and context menu) a popup window is showed to enter this text there and press ok.
Is that a bug?

P.S. When using IE this window does not appear.

Re: Popup window when editing forum message in FireFox

This is a feature of FCKeditor.

In the forums I enabled ForcePasteAsText feature of the editor because so often people paste html of error message pages they copied and if they miss a closing tag, NeatHtml would show an error because of the invalid markup. For  a while I tried telling people please use the Paste As Text toolbar item to paste errors but, its easier just to force it.

So apparently FCKeditor can enforce this in IE directly in the editor window but for Firefox it needs to use the popup.
Its the same behavior if you click the Paste As Text toolbar in the editor.
