We are looking for a partner that can take PSDs from a designer and convert them to mojoPortal skins. 

We are looking for a fixed price and turnaround time that we can build into our pricing and timeline. We understand that the amount of work depends on the design and so we are looking for someone to give a fixed price and timeline that will be sufficient, on average, in the long term. If this is impossible, the next best would be a fixed quote with restrictions, ie $X as long as the design does not include A, B, or C.
