that stuff is just place holder content in the template for artisteer, it is not part of the design. actual content will not be the same as placeholder content. We do have a newsletter signup module you can add to a page after you create a newsletter. You could grab some of the html from the template ie the parts for support, development, strategy and you could make a content template of that stuff or paste it into an html module in html source view, but really it is just example content used as filler in the the artisteer template.
