I somehow messed up the overlays - need help please

New to MojoPortal - installed version 2.3.3.9 and upgraded to 2.3.4.3 so as to get the Artisteer 2.4 support.

IIS7 running on Windows Server 2008 connecting to SQL Server 2008 on a separate machine.  Browsing with IE8.

When I click on a help icon, I used to get an overlay that showed the help content, now when I click on the icon i can see the background but not the page.  I can scroll down numerous times and start to see it, but it just keeps scrolling.  When I am able to catch a glimpse of it (scoll down fast), before having to scroll some more, I see the help popup rendered separate from the page.

It also seems to have effected the site preview functionality as that gets messed up too.

I created two new artisteer skins folder under site 1 folder as per the instructions (copied artisteer-24topmenu into new folder and then copied the atisteer skin files over the top of that).

IMPORTANT NOTE: i am not using any of the new skins yet.  I am using the included greenlagoon skin.  I do see the new skins in the drop down list though.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!
