When posting in this forum, please try to provide as many relevant details as possible. Particularly the following:
My sites are all in MSSQL version 2.3.4.2.
When you upload a document and/or create a new item, the record shows the correct Modified datetime and user info.
If you upload a newer document within an existing item the old one is correctly stored in the history of the document (with correct original and archive datetime info) but the item itself keeps the original Modified datetime and user info (not fom the last update).
This happens also when you change other info just like the description.
If more than one user are allowed to update the document items you don't know who made the last update and when.
This issue is perhaps related to the last feature improvement (few releases ago), when description and sorting were added.
