I confirm this is a current limitation, not by design or intention but because the WebStore feature is a "work in progress" and there are many unfinished things to be done. I got it working well enough to sell my own products and I only have a few products so it was easy to leave the paging for later but then I forgot about it until now when you point it out. I think I also postponed this because I was hoping to get category support implemented first and then add paging by category.

I will see what I can do about getting the paging working soon. I actually implemented it with paging in mind but it is currently hard coded with a page size of 20 but it does not yet implement the pager if there are more items.
