File Manager, We're sorry but we could not find the page you are looking for. Please try the Site Map

Hi everyone,

I am new to Mojoportal. I recently upgrade from version 2.3.3.4 to newer verion 2.3.3.6.  The new version has a new File Manager interface.

I upgraded and encountered problem.  I can not see locate files with File Manager or Editors to browse files in the mysite.  I get an error message "We're sorry but we could not find the page you are looking for. Please try the Site Map.   This happen after I FTP the new files, but i connect to the existing DB from version 2.3.3.4.  Can anyone help me? or can point me to the right direction?

Hello,

Did you run the Setup located at http://yourdomain.com/Setup/Default.aspx after uploading the new files? Also, you may want to try uploading all the files again. FTP isn't 100% reliable so it is possible that some of the files didn't make it to the server.

Hi Joe,

Yes, I did run the setup\default.aspx after the installation. However, the problem is exist. Is there any other suggestion? Thank you.

Did you update your existing skins to reference the new file manager suport files?

Always check out Joe's blog for each release, he tends to put details regarding any changes needed in there:
