Problem while installing Form Wizard Pro

Hi,

We bought Wizard Form Pro on 18 of January, single server license. And it doesn’t work unfortunately.

Before the installation on the main site I decided to try to install it on my localhost version (Win XP, IIS 5.1, MS SQL, 2.3.1.9). Form Wizard Pro appeared in the list of feature while editing the content of the page. I’ve added it to the page content. However, afterwards I wasn’t able to view this page and got the following error:

Server Error in '/mojo' Application.

Method not found: 'System.String mojoPortal.Web.SiteUtils.GetSkinBaseUrl(System.Web.UI.Page)'.
Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

I played little bit with settings and then went to the computer of designer who also works on this site and has her own localhost mojo installation (Win XP, IIS 5.1, MS SQL, 2.3.3.4). I tried to install the Form Wizard there and everything was OK I was able to create a form and use it.

Afterwards I decided to install this tool on the main site. I’ve uploaded all files and did everything according to the small guide included into the Form Wizard package. I was able to see the Form wizard in the list of features of the content page. But again when I add for wizard onto the page I can’t see the page itself but the following text appears:

We're sorry but a server error has occurred while trying to process your request.
The error has been logged and will be reviewed by our staff as soon as possible. It is possible that the error was just a momentary hiccup and you may wish to use the back button and try again or go back to the home page.

We use Win Server 2003, IIS 6.0, MS SQL, mojo portal version 2.3.1.9 on the main site

Can you please assist me in installing this tool on our corporate website.

More information is available on your request.

Thanks in advance

Re: Problem while installing Form Wizard Pro

Hi,

System requirements for the current version of Form Wizard Pro requires mojoPortal 2.3.3.0 or higher.

You should upgrade to the latest version of mojoPortal to solve this.

Best,

Joe
