Reorganise the structure ... old URL reaper

mojoPortal 2.3.3.4-b
MS Server 2008 R2
MS SQL 2008

I have deleted the old "Ålesund 2010" page, with all it's sub-pages.

When I want to make a second try with the same name "Ålesund 2010", it gives me a totaly wrong URL, witch I have deleted earlier [in the first try].

Goto www.aalesundfilatelistklubb.no, move your cursor over "Ålesund 2010" and note the statusbar. Then click on "Ålesund 2010" and you end up in an deleted page.

When I deleted it earlier, the reference seems not to be totaly deleted after all....?

Re: Reorganise the structure ... old URL reaper

Hi,

Generally when you delete a page from the UI it should also delete the friendly url, but if for some reason it did not delete the friendly url then it won't let you use the same url again. You can delete the friendly url manually by finding it in the Administration > Advanced Tools > Url Manager.

Hope it helps,

Joe
