Workflow approval and content edit

Hi Joe,

I don't know that this is a bug or intentional, but I notice that when an author submits a content change for approval, an administrator can review and approve or reject the change, but not just make an additional edit and then go ahead and publish the content.

In a test run, we ran through an excercise like that where the administrator wanted to make a couple of minor changes to content submitted for approval, but there is no Update button under the WYSIWYG editor when the admin clicks on Edit for content awaiting approval. They only seem to have to option of accepting or rejecting it. Is that by design?

Thanks,

John

Re: Workflow approval and content edit

I agree, the editors should be able to update the draft. I fixed it in my copy so it will be fixed in the next release.

Best,

Joe
