I'm using a radgrid with Telerik library and when I change page or click a button (ajax fires) the error is the following:

Re: The HTTP verb POST used to access path '/' is not allowed.

Hi,

This is not a mojoPortal bug, this is an issue happening in your own custom code. In the future please post such issues in the developer forum not the bug forum.

You did not mention your server or operating system or whether this is happening in the Visual Studio web server?

Best,

Joe

Re: The HTTP verb POST used to access path '/' is not allowed.

I got the same error. When the main page first loads (http://localhost:60941/) when I click on the expand tree. The error does not occure again if I browse to other pages and do the same on the home page after browsing.

I noticed that the URL for the working page will show later on

http://localhost:60941/default.aspx

(the deafult.aspx is not there on the fist load)

I am using the styleshout-coolwater skin

OS: Windows XP 32-bit

Database: MSSQL2005

MojoPortal: 2.3.3.0

Re: The HTTP verb POST used to access path '/' is not allowed.

I have seen issues like this but when I have encountered it, it only happens in the VS Web server it does not happen in IIS.

Hope it helps,

Joe

Re: The HTTP verb POST used to access path '/' is not allowed.

This is a byproduct of the url rewriter. If you have a form postback to the root page / then it will give this error. If you know the page URL (non-root), for example /home.aspx, then you can avoid this error.
