When you get a chance could you check out the mojoPortal-2-3-1-9-API-Documentation.chm on Codeplex? I've downloaded it and can see the contents on the left, but only "Navigation to the webpage was canceled" on the right.

I can open the file no problem, but occasionally people report having trouble with it. To provide an alternative I have just created an online version of the API documents here apidocs.mojoportal.com

If you right click onnthe .chm file, selec t properties then click on "UnBlock" you can see all the documentation.
This happens because IE and windows put a block on external download programs to protect the unwiting user.
