Bug when hiding module 'settings' and 'security' tabs

Running latest build from 11-2-09, MSSQL05 -

If I set the key "HideModuleSettingsGeneralAndSecurityTabsFromNonAdmins" value to "true" in web.config, if an author goes into the settings panel and saves, it seems to be automatically deleting the name of the feature instance and un-checking 'show title.'

Not a big deal, just something I thought would be worth mentioning.
