Hi Joe,
when I try to update a geographic zone of germany in the geographic zone administration, choose Germany from the drop down list, klick on the icon in front of the first german zone, the list of the USA appears, with the first zone of the USA ready to update.
When I click on the second zone of germany the list of the USA appears, with the second zone of the USA ready to update, and so on ...

I confirm this as a bug. I just fixed it in my local copy so it will be fixed in the next release and soon in svn trunk.
