"Allow Users to Change their ID" setting

mojoPortal version: 2.3.10

database: mssql

Hi,

just to signal a possible bug in Administration/Site Settings/Security panel: modifications of the the field "Allow Users to Change their User ID" seems not affected by the "save" button" (if I check the field and save all the settings, it returns to unchecked status).
