Problem with TabView in admin section and skins

Hello,

My first post here. Thanks for CMS.
I have an annoying problem with page styles in admin section.Whenever I load a page, my VS2008 tries to connect to the following address:

http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/yui/2.6.0/build/tabview/assets/skins/sam/tabview.css

And some similar file in the same address above. If I allow it, the Tabs in admin section are ok but if I block it ,It is not.Why Mojo tries to read from this URL and not the local folders and How can i fix this? I tried to find the path inside solution but with no luck.

It is really annoying specialy on Localhost and to somehow strange!

Thanks
Ehsan
