I created a forum in our portal and click the Notify checkbox so I can get emails when someone posts a reply but I noticed that several people have posted replies but I have not got any emails about it. Is there a setting I am missing?
I have input a SMTP Server in the Mail Settings tab.
I would use the contact form to make sure your smtp settings are working. If the contact form works then the forums should work. You may see errors about sending messages in the log.
