Files missing from mssqlreleasefiles.zip

After unzipping the source files, I noticed that all the htm files are missing from the ClientScript\tiny_mce\themes\advanced\ folder.

Thanks for letting me know. I setup a new machine recently for my main machine and when I configured UnleasIt, the tool I use for packaging I must have forgot to configure the file mask for *.htm

I will correct this an upload new files.
