I am seeing an issue with CKeditor and IE 11 and compatibility mode with my sites.
I run two servers, one using https security and Windows Server 2003, this one doesn't have .NET 4.5 patches as they are not available for Server 2003 , but the browser .NET hot fix has been applied c.f.

For both servers
When I turn on IE Compatibility View, the CKeditor toolbar does not appear when you press Edit on any feature content, also no web content appears visible in the form field. I can see the content if I view the html source using browser developer tools.
When I turn off IE Compatibility View, then CKeditor toolbar does appear when you press Edit on any feature.
If I have the site switched to content editor TinyMCE using Administrator Menu > Site Settings, the TinyMCE editor toolbar appears for both servers with or without compatibility mode.
