I have used 2 versions. The latest one is mojoportal-eba721e28a11, but the html editor module doesn't work in IE10 in both versions.
This issue happens in all operationg systems I have tested. For example, windows2003, Win7, windows xp.
When the Browser Mode is IE10, the Html Editor is blank even there is data, and we also can not click 'Source' to see the html code.
Did you have this problem on your side? Could you please give me some suggestion? Thanks.
My suggestion is don't download the source code by clicking links on codeplex. If I had a way to remove those links I would, getting the code that way causes problems such as the one you just reported.
The only correct way to get the source code is using TortoiseHG
and consider whether you really even need the source code, most people should just use the pre-compiled deployment packages.

Yes, I got the source code by using ToroisHG. The current Html Editor on my side shows it supports from IE6 to IE9, no IE10.
Do you have this problem on IE10?
both CKeditor and TinyMCE used in mojoPortal work fine in IE 10
