form wizard pro and IE8

Hi Joe, we do have a problem

we do use form wizard pro 2.6.1.2 (re-downloaded and installed today) on mojo 2.3.9.9

but, only using IE8 (it'fs for us a standard even if IE8 is plenty of bugs), there is blank pop-up page that appears

for us it is extremely important because we do use form wizard pro to let contact People with our hospitals

you can see it at     http://www.ospedalesancarlo.idi.it/ufficio-relazioni-con-il--pubblico.aspx

can you reproduce it ?,

can you please help me to work out ??

thank you so much in advance, as usual best regards

Michele from Rome

Re: form wizard pro and IE8

Hi Michele,

I see this problem on your site when I view it in IE 8 mode but I can't seem to reproduce the problem on my local machine using .NET 4.5.

I "think" if you change the HTML question(s) on your form to plain paragraph questions it will solve the problem.

The HTML question type uses the html wysiwyg editor from the ajaxcontroltoolkit and it may have some problems in IE 8, or maybe only the .NET 3.5 version of the editor has this problem since I can't reproduce it on .NET 4.5. The popup window is definitely coming from the ajaxtoolkit wysiwyg editor so by removing html question types it should remove that form the page.

Hope that helps,

Joe

Thank you sooo much
