NeatHTML problem

I got a recent problem with NeatHtml on my mojoportal forum

Sometimes, I get this instead of users post:

NeatHtml error: unrecognized browser: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.2; WOW64; rv:23.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/23.0

Refreshing the page, shows the content.

Weird

Re: NeatHTML problem

That is very weird, haven't seen that and have no idea. Is there anything funky in the content when you view the source and see the actual markup?

Re: NeatHTML problem

There is a youtube iframe in the first post (but it's posted by a trusted user, so it's shown)

doesn't always happen, and I don't know how to reproduce it.
