We cannot access the bottom box any more to edit the sidebar lower content. I tried in about five different of the artiseer templates and all are the same, the window cuts off too soon. So we create the content on another page and paste it in to the tiny piece of the window we can see when we drag the top box up

Hi,
You are not running the latest version. If you upgrade to version 2.3.9.5 this is fixed. There is a workarond that can be applied to version 2.3.9.4 but its best to upgrade.
