Failure on Registration

  • What operating system were you running when the bug appeared?
  • What database platform is your site using?
  • What version of mojoPortal are you running?
  • What version of .NET do you use?
  • What steps are necessary to reproduce the issue? Compare expected results vs actual results.

Failure on Registration

When enabling Email request on Registration a failure on sending email occured due to invalid SMTP server name.
Registration continued and User was created. Additional attempts to re-register cause an error of 'User already exists'
Would it be posible to have the registration process fail if failure of sending password occurs?

Hmm, I see your point. Its kind of a chicken and egg thing though because you don't want to send the message until the user is created. I guess I could delete the user if the message fails.
