Webinvoice Pro - Ability to save template for email

Hi Joe,

We are rolling out the web invoicing this weekend. An additional convenience would be for the invoicing email to remember the text from the last invoice. For the most part we keep it indentical from email to email and it out be nice if it could persist in some manner. This could be a setting on the control itself or it can just load the email from the last created invoice.

Hi Joe,

Some scope creep. I can see that we will need an ability to save a template for follow up emails in addition to initial invoicing.

An example would be when a customer does not pay on time and we want to send a follow up.

Hi Tom,

I've logged this in the project tracker. Actually I have plans for a lot of improvements to Web Invoice Pro, and things like automatic reminders and scheduling of recurring invoices are things I am looking into.

Right now I'm working on a new product Site Membership Pro and some of the things I need to do in that feature for reminders and renewals are very similar problems to solve so the solutions I work out for this product will be helpful for the next round of improvements for Web Invoice Pro.
