If you mean the help messages, those do not come from resx files so they cannot be translated using the Amanuens service but they can be translated. (The tooltips for the workflow icons do come from resource files but the help messages do not).

All the help files come from

/Data/HelpFiles

and there are also message templates which can be translated under

/Data/MessageTemplates

If you translate those files you can zip them and email them to me at joe dot audette at g mail dotcom
