List blog posts by author, and url rewriting for categories

List blog posts by author, and url rewriting for categories

On my blog, both my wife and I post, but we have different followings.  It would be nice to have a link like /blog/author/[author].

Along the same line, it would be nice if we could have /blog/finance instead of /Blog/ViewCategory.aspx?cat=23&mid=1&pageid=0
