Site Usage and Site Statistics

Hi Joe,

Is there any way of getting certain details like the ones mentioned below on a monthly basis..

1) No of unique visitors per week/month i.e. I would like to know how many individuals are logging on

2) No of visitors i.e. total number of click-throughs

3) Most popular page/s

4) Peak times

Are these details already being captured?

If yes, then i wouldn't need any additional development...

Re: Site Usage and Site Statistics

The best way to get stats like that is to use a stats package to analyze the web server logs.  Most hosting providers offer some stats package with their hosting.

There are a number of commercial and open source web log analyzers out there.

In addition to the stats that my host provides, I download the web log files and use the free open source awstats to analyze my logs.

Hope it helps,

Joe
