Problem in working with MojoPortal Module ...........!

Hello,

I have tried as per documentation , to create my own module , i have properly added all the references , but nothing happens

but i am facing 2 type of problems, 1st blank web page displays and 2nd  ambiguity error comes in

mojoPortal.Features.UI.layout it tells it is comming form 2 references which is obvious if we i do work as per documentation

because 1 reference comes from MojoPortal.Features.UI.dll which is added as reference in our project and 2nd same

layout page is in our project ...

                                                             So, what is it's solution ... ?
