There are some issues on Mono where the cache is not being invalidated correctly. When I add a page using MySql, it does not appear in the menu right away as it should be cause it doesn't seem to clear the menu cache as it should when a new page is added to the site.

I have a workaround for this one. It will be fixed in svn trunk by the end of the day.
