One more thing: when the settings are shown there are 2 headings - PageSettingsMetaSettingsHeading and PageSettingsMetaSettingsLabel. I think it would be better to change the page design to one used on site settings page. In this case, by the way, the new string is rather useless...

1. Something strange about this in svn. As I can see, you removed "PageSettingsMetaSettingsHeading" key from resources, but it is still referenced from \Admin\PageSettings.aspx!

2. On SiteSettings.aspx the settings to be hided are surrounded by dotted line. It would be nice to have the same line here as it seems to be a good visual solution.
