Is there any way to display an on-page member listing (that links to member profiles like it does in the standard member list page), but to have the member list filtered by a role/roles?

For instance I have created a set of pages for people who are all administrators. It includes forums and other such web-community fostering features. Only folks with specific roles can see the pages. I'd like to have a content panel with a member list that includes only them, which allows them to search it and exposes their profiles only to each other so they can learn about who's in the community and network. I only want administrators to see the list so that their information is confined to the community and I only want admin profiles in the list so they don't have to sort through other profiles.
