Social options within forums

Hey Joe

Had a few requests from clients running the forums that are looking to allow forum topics to be easily shared.

Ideally, at topic level, they'd be looking for a FB Like, Tweet This and G+1 button (enabled from a similar tab as in the HTML module settings and auto generated when a topic is created) that would share that topic's link easily.
