Microsoft.Web.Preview Could Not Be Loaded

Hi, I have just installed MojoPortal 2.3.6.7 with no errors. My operating system is Windows 7 and I will test MojoPortal on localhost with IIS 7. 

But when I want to access localhost/Admin i got followign error:

How can i resolve this?
