I would like to delete the non English files and folders within App_GlobalResources and Bin folder.   These two folders contain alot of .ar, .da, .de etc files and folders.  I assume the english files are just that, in English.  For example in GlobalResources folder there are files called accesskeys, bingresources etc..Since my site will be in english
