This forum is primarily for reporting issues about Web Accessibility such as difficulty using mojoPortal with a screen reader or other assistive technology.
Post any feedback here related to improving the accessibility or usability of mojoPortal. As stated in our Accessibility documentation, it is an important goal of the project that both the front-end customer experience and the back end administration and content publishing features be accessible to as many people as possible. Ideally, if you post about problems, we will also be glad to have suggestions on how the problems can be fixed but all constructive feedback on these issues is welcome.
If somebody's already reported this one, please let me know, but I just wanted to say that the version of mojo Portal on my site doesn't seem to like the same-page link functionality with JAWS while trying to do things like managing users and viewing profiles. For instance, the security and identity section JAWS will say prior to it "same page link", and then when trying to either double click or right-click on it, nothing happens, but rather, the page just sits there. I don't know why this is because in more cases than not, JAWS works just fine with these type of elements. If you see anything, or if one of the updated versions has this improved, please let me know, as I need to update my site anyway. I keep forgetting to do it for some reason. Thanks so much.
