Can not open source code in VS 2008

This forum is primarily for reporting issues about Web Accessibility such as difficulty using mojoPortal with a screen reader or other assistive technology.

Post any feedback here related to improving the accessibility or usability of mojoPortal. As stated in our Accessibility documentation, it is an important goal of the project that both the front-end customer experience and the back end administration and content publishing features be accessible to as many people as possible. Ideally, if you post about problems, we will also be glad to have suggestions on how the problems can be fixed but all constructive feedback on these issues is welcome.

Can not open source code in VS 2008

Hi every body

I am new in mojoportal, so i faced a issue when try to open a newest source code

I downloaded a latest version "mojoportal-831eef193223.zip"

I 'm using VS 2008 to open project but when I did double click on "mojoportal.mssqlonly.net35.sln", it was not opened. I  Could someone to help me to solve this issue

Sorry, but while we still do support .NET 3.5, we dropped support for VS 2008 a long time ago.

You will need VS 2010, possibly/probably you qualify to get VS 2010 free via the Microsoft Website Spark program.

At some point we will also drop support of .NET 3.5, so we recommend everyone to move to .NET 4 as soon as possible and I would not recommend setting up new sites with .NET 3.5. .NET 4 has been out for more than a year and has many benefits compared to .NET 3.5.
