Form Wizard Pro issue

I am having two issues with Form Wizard Pro.

First issue - In the notification settings if I use one email address to receive form submissions it works fine, though I want to supply more than one and separating with a comma is not working.

Second issue - When creating/editing a form if I choose instruction block it opens the editor and when I click save or finished it just sits there. It does not go back to form so I can save or edit more. I end up closing mojoPortal and reopening it.

I did upgrade recently so I could use Form Wizard Pro. I am using mojoPortal 2.3.6.6 and Form Wizard Pro 2.6.0.0.

Thanks

Re: Form Wizard Pro issue

Hi,

The email issue does seem to be a bug, I was able to replicate the problem by adding multiple emails. I will fix this and try to get an update out very soon.

The other issue can be solved by making the changes mentioned in our sticky thread about important skin changes, specifically it is the addition of the colorbox CSS stuff from version 2.3.6.4 that is needed to make the dialog window work, but you should make all of the changes indicated since your previous version.

Best,

Joe

Re: Form Wizard Pro issue

I think I covered all of the CSS changes. Still the same results when clicking finished in the editor for the instructions. My site is using an edited version of the mitchinson-business3 skin. Not sure if there are some additional changes to be made because of that.

Thanks Kevin

Re: Form Wizard Pro issue

Hi Kevin,

The CSS may be cached. I would copy your skin and rename it like yourskin_v2 then set the site to use the new name, that should make sure all users see the CSS updates.

If that doesn't resolve it I would copy one of the updated skins from /Data/skins into /Data/Sites/[SiteID]/skins and then try the updated skin just to verify that it is a skin related issue.

Hope that helps,

Joe

Re: Form Wizard Pro issue

Hi Joe,

So I copied the skin I was using and renamed it then set it as the site skin. Same issue. I also switched to another skin and still have the same issue. I enabled debugging to see what was happening when I hit Finish and got the following.

Line: 80
Error: Object doesn't support property or method 'ReloadQuestions'

Re: Form Wizard Pro issue

Hi,

Try adding IncludeGreyBox="true" on the <portal:ScriptLoader control in your layout.master file and see if that solves the problem.

Best,

Joe

Re: Form Wizard Pro issue

I should have realized the problem sooner, we had changed from using GreyBox to colorbox in mojoPortal 2.3.6.6, so we no longer include that script by default, but Form Wizard 2.6 was released before mojoPortal 2.3.6.6 so it still uses GreyBox. Actually my local copy of Form Wizard has already been updated to use colorbox. So after the next update of Form Wizard you can back out that setting on ScriptLoader as it will not be needed.

I was able to fix the email problem today, I'll make a new package of Form Wizard early next week and post again when it is available. If you need it urgently let me know and I could package it up quickly and send it to you today.

Thanks for the beer!

Best,

Joe
