Help! How to pass UserID as a parameter into Silverlight control?

Dear Colleagues,

I need to use some Silverlight control on my page. I've included the control in a page. It requires UserID (or Windows Live ID) as a parameter. How to send it to the control? Please, advise.

Thanks in advance,

Andrey

PS Code of the control is like this:

<object data="data:application/x-silverlight-2," type="application/x-silverlight-2" width="800" height="600">
    <param name="source" value=http://site.com/componentcode.xap/>
    <param name="onError" value="onSilverlightError" />
    <param name="background" value="white" />
    <param name="minRuntimeVersion" value="3.0.40624.0" />
    <param name="autoUpgrade" value="true" />
    <param name="enableHtmlAccess" value="true" />
    <!--UserId parameter must be generated by web site-->
    <param name="initParams" value="UserId=techclubkz,Culture=kz-KK" />
    <a href="http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=149156&v=3.0.40624.0" style="text-decoration:none">
       <img src="http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=108181" alt="Get Microsoft Silverlight" style="border-style:none"/>
    </a>
  </object>
