Integrate asp.net application in a mojoportal subfolder

Hi all, first of all I want to thank to the mojoportal's dev team for this great CMS. I tried a few before and I think this is the most intuitive and easy to make  custom add-ons.

I have an mvc 2 app in asp.net c# and I tried to publish it in a sub folder inside mojoportal root. I read in the FAQ'S that I must wrap the system.web tag in Web.config and what is described here also, with no success.

Tried wrapping <system.web> with <location path="." inheritInChildApplications="false">  but this don't work

I'm running from Microsoft WebMatrix

Hope anyone can help me.

Thanks in advance
