HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error

When posting in this forum, please try to provide as many relevant details as possible. Particularly the following:

  • What operating system were you running when the bug appeared?
  • What database platform is your site using?
  • What version of mojoPortal are you running?
  • What version of .NET do you use?
  • What steps are necessary to reproduce the issue? Compare expected results vs actual results.

HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error

Im very Basic to ASP.NET,

Ive been trying to install the mojoportal in to my shared hosting account from mochahost. i get the following errors:

HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error
The requested page cannot be accessed because the related configuration data for the page is invalid. Detailed Error Information

i have asked my hostprovider to update 2.NET to latest 4.NET, they saying the couse is web.config not the vertion of asp.net. but also they do not support under plesk 4.NET.

I NEED SOME ONE TO HELP ME WITH INSTALLATION,

ILL GIVE MY LOGIN PASS AND USER FOR PLESK PANEL.

Hi,

If your host doesn't support .NET 4, you should download the .NET 3.5 mojoPortal installation package instead of the .NET 4. Once you are using the right .NET version of mojoPortal, installation will probably go smoothly. When you upload the files, be sure to follow the instructions here: http://www.mojoportal.com/uploadingfilestoahostedserver.aspx.
