Form Wizard Pro NeatUpload issue

I recently installed the Form Wizaerd Pro on 2.3.6.1 MSSQL on .NET framework 3.5 sp1 in full trust (discountasp.net).

The installation appeared to work properly through the setup page. I cna also add the FWP content to a new page. The trouble I am encountering is when I try to edit the content. I am receiving the following error in the log:

653 ERROR mojoPortal.Web.Global - 38.100.226.83-en-US - /FormWizard/FormEdit.aspx?mid=65&pageid=35
System.IO.FileLoadException: Could not load file or assembly 'Brettle.Web.NeatUpload, Version=1.3.3802.17372, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)

Any suggestions? I have tried re-uploading in case of bad FTP but to no avail.

Thank you.
